Preschool

Centenary United Methodist Church Preschool is a half-day preschool in downtown Smithfield, NC. We nurture each child with the love of Christ, guided by Methodist values of compassion, inclusion and service. Using the ABCJesusLovesMe curriculum and a play-based approach, we create a joyful, faith-filled environment where children grow in kindness, curiosity, and a lifelong love of God and learning.

Classes meet Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

All classes are Monday - Thursday, 9:00am-12:00pm.
- Two's/Jr. Preschool - (18 months will be considered) 2, 3 or 4 days/week
- Three's/Preschool 3 or 4 days/week
- Four's/Pre-K - (Must be 4 by 8/31/25 )
REGISTRATION FOR 2026-2027 OPENS IN FEBRUARY 2026.
ABCJesusLovesMe™ is an educational ministry that equips adults with materials needed to be intentional in educating children. ABCJesusLovesMe provides five comprehensive, research-based curricula for ages 1-5 that focus on academics, development, and Bible learning through play.
